# Shipping Policy
## Processing & Transit Times
**Handling Time**: All orders will be shipped out within 5 business days after successful payment.
**Transit Time to the United States**: 10–15 business days after dispatch.
*Note: Transit times are estimated and not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to customs clearance, carrier disruptions or peak holiday seasons.*
## Shipping Cost
- Free Standard Shipping: Free delivery for all orders over $150 shipped within the United States.
- Orders under $150: Flat shipping rate of $14.99 will be applied at checkout.
## Delivery Coverage
We currently ship orders to addresses within the **United States only**.
- We DO NOT deliver to PO Boxes.
- We DO NOT ship to APO/FPO military addresses.
## Shipment Tracking
All orders are shipped directly from our warehouse in China.
Once your package departs our warehouse, an automatic confirmation email with official tracking number and tracking link will be sent to your registered email address. You can monitor shipment status online.
## Shipping Liability & Returned Packages
Please double-check your shipping address carefully during checkout.
If a package is returned to us caused by incorrect customer address, failed delivery, or customer refusal to accept the parcel:
- Customer is responsible for all additional return freight and reshipping fees if you request redelivery.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
## Customs Notice
Most shipments to the United States under $800 qualify for duty-free entry. In the rare case that import duties, taxes or brokerage fees are assessed on high-value shipments, these charges remain the responsibility of the customer.
